You can get Photoshop Fix now, for free, in the App Store. The Healing Tool is one of the most used features of the Snapseed app, allowing you to remove any unnecessary objects within the frame. I havent calibrated it in any scientific way but a quick eyeballing shows its shifting tones in the right direction.
